The R3 Restoration team is continuing to grow, both by adding offices in markets across the country, and by adding amazing talent to our corporate team. We’re happy to announce the addition of our super new VP of Operations, Shane Engler!
With plenty of restoration industry experience and a can-do attitude, Shane is a great addition to the R3 team. Beginning as a restoration tech and working his way up through the ranks as a Mitigation Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager, he has successfully managed thousands of projects from the field and the office, and knows how to manage teams and develop efficient operating procedures while maintaining a great working environment.
Shane brings a variety of IICRC credentials to the team, as well as experience working in high pressure environments such as during natural disaster events. When he’s not working, Shane coaches his daughter’s softball team, and enjoys spending time with his family.
We’re on track to open a slate of offices in 2021 to serve even more markets, and we’re glad to have Shane on the team to keep our operations running smoothly.
