With such a successful storm season in 2021, Team R3 already has a ton of experience going into the fall. However, the GMs from each of our offices met at our corporate office in Chicago over the past week to ensure we are well planned for the upcoming 2022 storm season. It was great to get together with the goal of discussing needs, planning to ensure everyone is on the same page, and coming up with a game plan that will keep us moving quickly to help our clients as the need arises.
One of our biggest talking points was safety, and we enjoyed one full day of safety training (more to come on that in another post). We are also rolling out updated technology to help us on-site, as well as to help us communicate with our clients. Planning also encompassed our extensive “tool belt” of vendors that we can call on for help; we’ve found that one of the keys to a strong response is to build a wide-ranging team of partners who can help us do it all.
R3 is also continuing to open new offices in 2022 to serve even more markets, and to help you prepare for the 2022 storm season.
