Meet the incredible team that keeps R3 running strong 

Bill Robinson
President

At the heart of our organization, Bill started R3 with a vision to treat clients as family, and to help prepare them BEFORE disasters strike, as well as being ready to help them after. It was Bill's commercial restoration experience that created the R3 model, but he is ecstatic to see it growing beyond even his vision for success. He has gathered a team of experts with the goal to keep our clients running or get them back on track quickly, because just like our clients, Bill has no time for downtime. When he's not at work you'll find him spending time with his family or volunteering for a cause he believes in.

Shane Engler
Vice President of Operations

With plenty of restoration industry experience and a can-do attitude, Shane has been a great addition to the R3 team. Beginning as a restoration tech and working his way up through the ranks as a Mitigation Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager, he has successfully managed thousands of projects from the field and the office, and knows how to manage teams and develop efficient operating procedures while maintaining a great working environment. When he’s not working, Shane coaches his daughter’s softball team, and enjoys spending time with his family.

Allen Hurt
National Logistics Manager

With a variety of technical certifications and a wealth of commercial restoration experience, Allen offers true insight into our client's needs. When he steps into the room in his black-and-white checkered Vans, we know there's going to be a great, in-depth conversation about the project, and that he'll always go to bat to make sure our clients' needs are met. When he's not working, you might find Allen volunteering to help with hurricane recovery (as he did in Puerto Rico), tornado cleanup (as he did in Washington, IL), running a 5k/half marathon for charity, or riding with the Widows Sons Masonic Riding Association that raises money for various charities, or he and his wife might be spending time with their 6 kids and 4 grandkids.

Carrie Anderson
Human Resources Director

With a strong background in Human Resources, a positive attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit, Carrie is the backbone for all of our HR activities, from recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, to new benefits and programs for employees. As our resident expert, she’s also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In her free time she volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, enjoys baking, and has recently taken up painting.

Marissa Santagata
Billing Manager

We're lucky to have Marissa, with her bachelor's in communication from the University of Illinois, positive attitude, and drive to get things done. She helps the Chicago office in many ways, as well as taking on side projects that help us reach out to clients via multiple avenues. When she's not working, she volunteers by fostering shelter puppies, acts as a HS Girls Softball coach as well as playing rec-league sports herself, and enjoys going to Cubs and Blackhawks games and concerts.

Sue Pena
Office Manager

With 10+ years of restoration experience, as well as WTR certification, Sue is the communication hub for all things R3. She's got her finger on the pulse of all office matters, and she's always happy to ensure our customers have an amazing experience. In her free time, Sue loves to read, especially with a Starbucks drink in hand.

Autumn Harrell
Office Manager – Atlanta/ Southeast Region and Procurement Director – Corporate

Autumn brings a diverse background with experience in healthcare and the restoration industry, as well as office management experience in a variety of offices, all of which has given her the know-how to keep things running smoothly under pressure, no matter the environment. In her free time she volunteers, takes care of her three children, and enjoys baking, sewing, and antiquing.

Ethan Harrell
General Manager, Southeast Region

With a strong background in restoration, including a wide range of experience in general contracting, estimating, operations, office management, commercial property solutions, and consulting, Ethan made a perfect fit as our Southeast General Manager. He brings a positive, can-do attitude, as well as IICRC Triple Mastery Certifications, to ensure the team goes above and beyond for our clients. In his free time, he enjoys welding and woodworking, as well as trying out new cars (he's had 26 different personal vehicles and still can't decide -- he loves them all!).

Aaron Corona
General Manager, Chicago / Midwest

Offering experience in roles from technician through field supervisor and then project and team manager, Aaron is an ideal General Manager for the midwest region. He has a strong dedication and desire that has led to his advancement in the industry, as well as his drive to fulfill our customers' needs. When he's not working, he also enjoys spending time outdoors, camping and cooking out with his family, and making memories with his son.

David Corona
Project Manager, Chicago/Midwest

With over 18 years of experience in the restoration industry, David is a great addition to the family here at R3. He is a good fit as our Midwest Project Manager because he knows how to be flexible and adapt to keep everything moving forward. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, going fishing, and spending time with family.

Jim Riegle
Project Manager, National

We couldn't have asked for a manager with more depth of experience, determination, and perseverance than Jim. He brings 25 years in construction with both wood and metal, as well as commercial and residential restoration experience, certification as a water technician, and a variety of other experiences that have made him a perfect fit for ensuring all needs have been considered and the job will be done right so clients can get back to business. Outside of work, Jim is a true NASCAR fan and has even been to the Andretti Racing Experience where he was able to drive a race-used car at the Chicagoland Speedway, and he also enjoys spending time with his wife Debbie.

Renee Latessa
General Manager, OH / PA

Renee brings 20 years of experience in restoration including everything from being on crew, to managing the office, completing sales & estimating, and managing large loss and storm. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, which are both things she’ll get to do at work from now on as well!

Pete Latessa
Project Manager, OH / PA

Pete offers 18 years of experience in restoration. Though he also began on a crew, he has held many positions, from operations manager, to GM, and large loss/ storm team manager for 14 years. He enjoys cooking big family meals, traveling to new places, and attending demolition derbies with Renee and their 2 daughters.

Craig Jeschelnig
Superintendent, OH / PA

After attending an auto body school and working in a variety of trades in construction, Craig made his career in restoration and brings over 9 years of experience to the OH/PA team. His depth of experience, as well as an IICRC Water Damage Restoration certification, makes him a great fit for the needs of our clients. When he has free time he is a gun hobbyist, and he often likes to enjoy one of his favorite treats – Sweet Chili Doritos -- eating a bag of them every night!

Paige Watt
Superintendent, OH / PA

With a varied background including over 5 years of experience in the restoration industry, Paige is a great addition to the fast-growing OH/PA team. She has her IICRC Water Damage Restoration certification, and she’s ready to help our clients get back to business. In her free time she enjoys looking for beach glass.

Armando Acosta
General Manager, Wisconsin

Armando joined the R3 team with over 10 years in the restoration industry, and construction experience ranging from carpentry to remodeling, and even to road construction. His IICRC certifications in carpet/upholstery/fabric cleaning, water restoration, and advanced structural drying are impressive, but even more so was his award for highest customer ratings, proving that Armando always goes the extra mile for clients. Outside of work he enjoys video games, cooking with friends, and caring for his family.

Kirby Nash
General Manager, Houston / South Central

Kirby brings his skill as a licensed Mold Remediation Contractor, as well as 16+ years of restoration industry experience in the Houston market, to lead our Houston team. In his free time, he has been a volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for the past 12 years.

Bobby Slaymon
General Manager, South Florida

With over 14 years of restoration industry experience and a wide variety of certifications and accreditations, Bobby is a great fit for our Miami, Florida office. He boasts 5+ years of large loss experience, and has held a number of positions in restoration from technician, to Project Manager, and most recently National Director. In his free time, Bobby spends time with his family, volunteers with the Humane Society, enjoys outdoor pursuits including hiking, biking, and kayaking, and wants to travel the world.
