Kirby brings his skill as a licensed Mold Remediation Contractor, as well as 16+ years of restoration industry experience in the Houston market, to lead our Houston team. In his free time, he has been a volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for the past 12 years.

Phil Garr
Project Manager, Houston / South Central Region

Having lived in Houston since he was 12 years old, Phil is a native to the area and excited to make everything as seamless as possible for R3 Restoration Services clients – get in, get it done, and get out. He served in the Army, and has worked in Demolition/Remediation and Restoration for 20+ years, with experience working for some of the largest restoration companies in the world. He has many large professional accomplishments, but his two biggest were project management during Hurricane Ivan for 73 schools in Pensacola, Florida; and managing 400+ employees at the #2 worldwide vacation destination resort, located in St. John US Virgin Islands, during Hurricane Irma in 2017. Outside of work, he has volunteered as a football, baseball, and basketball coach, enjoys being outdoors fishing, golfing, and gardening (with a passion for tropical flowers), and he played 8 years of professional football in the slightly-less-well-known Professional Football League.
