Matt Haynie
General Manager, Dallas

Matt’s passion for restoration began when he worked summers helping with Hurricane Katrina response efforts as a teen. Since that time, he has gained professional experience in all aspects of response and restoration, including working as an Incident Commander whose team helped to rescue 3,000 residents of the Houston area during Hurricane Harvey. In his free time, in addition to kayaking and spending time with family and friends, Matt also volunteers as the president of LoneStar Rapid Response, a non-profit organization that provides humanitarian aid during natural disasters on the Gulf coast.

Jason Hole
Project Manager, Dallas

Mitchell Haynie
Assistant Project Manager, Dallas

After beginning his career with the Navy, Mitchell went on to become a firefighter and EMT, as well as training as a disaster response specialist with FEMA. He gained further experience as a premium commercial adjuster / estimator, and helped with disaster response for nine major hurricanes and countless smaller CAT events, all of which makes him a perfect fit for the R3 team. In addition to his career experience, Mitchell brings an impressive resume of volunteer experience including supporting Veteran initiatives, acting as a volunteer firefighter and EMT, and engaging in animal rescue and fostering. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, working with animals, and restoring classic cars.
